The Bible was written in order to help the better understand himself or herself, to better understand one's community and society, and all within the context of one's family relationships. Consequently, it should have treasures within it that can help us discover hope in life. “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up; then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field." (St. Matthew 13:44)
